With amazing views of Austin hill country, the Overlook at Davenport offers versatile shell office space that carries the same beauty as the surrounding environment.
Designed as a multi-story tenant shell building, the Overlook features a rooftop solar panel system and self-tinting Dynamic Glass. Our team worked with the building owner, design team, and the contractor from the beginning to accurately project and address the demands of future tenants.
Flexible MEP systems can accommodate a variety of future tenant needs while working with the self-tinting windows and renewable energy from the solar PV system.
In response to the site topography, the parking garage is designed partially below-ground and partially open above ground. We designed the ventilation and plumbing systems for the parking garage accordingly. In addition, the building height was restricted, presenting challenges in designing MEP systems for floors designed at minimum heights.
